GUARANTEE
Handmade ceramic objects may have small variations in size and color, but Kent guarantees the highest quality of craftsmanship on all pieces. All ceramic pieces are inspected prior to shipping. If the customer is not completely satisfied upon receipt, Kent will exchange the piece, but all sales are final. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
