SHIPPING
Kent Kraus has many years of experience shipping ceramic sculptures throughout North America. The mid-size sculptures, water fountains, and candlesticks are shipped via ground UPS™. The full-sized sculptures are shipped through a private carrier. Kent does the utmost to keep freight costs to a minimum, but all ceramic products must be double boxed, to prevent breakage, and for insurance purposes. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. The shipping costs to anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) for mid-size sculptures and water fountains are $75.00. Shipping costs for petite, small, or medium candlesticks are $35.00, tall $45.00, for two or three candlesticks are $75.00. Shipping costs for full-sized sculptures will be determined at the time of sale, due to the rising fuel costs. Shipping costs to Canada, Europe, and Japan will be determined after sale. Pieces will be shipped within six weeks after payment is received, and the customer will be notified of the exact date. Payment in full is due at time of sale.
Claims and Returns: Damaged pieces must be reported immediately to Kent Kraus Studio and UPS™. It is essential to retain the packing material for a damage inspection. Proper reporting of damages is required within 2 days of the delivery date. If properly reported, Kent will replace the damaged item(s). All items are insured through the shipper. To avoid shipping costs, pieces may be picked up at art shows in your area.
